The Wellness Guide supports whole-person health and serves as a dedicated partner on each team member’s wellness journey. This role focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns through integrative strategies, helping identify and support improvements in areas like nutrition, hydration, movement, stress management, and overall lifestyle. Wellness Guides play a vital role in restoring balance, vitality, and long-term well-being.

Core Functions

• Develop and promote wellness initiatives by organizing educational events, analyzing team member health data to identify needs, and coordinating engaging activities.
• Empower team members through educational resources, practical tools, and ongoing encouragement to implement sustainable changes.
• Collaborate with our Wellness partners and internal leaders to provide unified, Kingdom-minded care by coordinating wellness efforts, sharing insights, and supporting the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of all team members.
• Maintain clear records of interactions, goals, and progress, while honoring confidentiality and trust.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching, teaching or training in a wellness role.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
• Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.

• Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

Hours and Schedule

• Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
• Travel is Occasionally required.
