Role Overview
As a Fleet Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team by maintaining a $7 million fleet of more than 180 vehicles. This is both an administrative and operational position focused on coordinating fleet maintenance, repairs, and operational improvements to ensure our team members have safe, reliable transportation to perform their roles effectively. Our mission is to provide and manage safe, economical, and dependable transportation that empowers our team members to serve homeowners with excellence.
Core Functions
Facilitate:
Strengthen communication between management, team members, and vendors.
Promote company driving and safety standards.
Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules.
Maintain:
Keep all fleet vehicles in safe, working condition.
Track vehicle service history, driver assignments, and mileage.
Promote cost-effective fleet management practices.
Support operational compliance across all regions
Create:
Produce monthly and quarterly fleet reports.
Track fuel, maintenance, and mileage data.
Present fleet insights and performance metrics to leadership.
Assist:
Support fleet purchasing, replacements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience
Fleet certification
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Vision for near, mid-range and far, as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
Frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.).
Ability to navigate hazardous conditions such as frequent moving vehicles, construction equipment, overhead construction, and various construction materials.
Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to lift 20-75 pounds.
Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
Hours & Schedule
Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
Travel is regularly required.
Travel is occasionally required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
