Role Overview

The purpose of this part-time internship is to assist with the administrative needs of the New Home Sales Center and provide support to the New Home Coordinator. The intern will be responsible for greeting prospects, home buyers, and homeowners as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless experience.

Core Functions

• Warmly greet all visitors, including prospects, home buyers, and homeowners, as they enter the Sales Center.
• Assist the New Home Coordinator with various administrative tasks, including responding to emails, phone calls, and voicemails promptly.
• Maintain and organize office facilities to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Support the New Home Coordinator by managing the on-site up-system for sales team members accurately and fairly.
• Help set up New Home Tour appointments for the sales team by gathering and organizing necessary information from buyer web inquiries.
• Strive to learn and remember names and specific details about prospects and homeowners to build genuine relationships.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence, making everyone feel at home.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
• Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
• To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

Hours & Schedule

• Part-time 20 – 29 hours per week.
• Days and weekends required.
• Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
